I am Radek.
I have started my gamedev journey in 2011 as a functional and linguistic QA, moving into design position in 2016. Since then I have been wearing multiple hats, designing levels, mechanics, systems, UI and overall user experience for the games that I was involved with.

My approach is focused on emergent gameplay and user experience. I believe that the greatest gaming moments happen when the players express their personality through choices provided by the game.

Before working in game dev I studied archaeology, anthropology and historical linguistics - these still inform my design choices and interests. Nowadays I combine that with interest in modern visual arts, motion design and algorithmic music composition, constantly searching for connections between the past and the future.
